The Rotary year has barely begun and we have hit the ground running!! We held our first joint meeting with the Foothill Highlands Rotary Club and we had a great time getting to know their members, traditions, and how we can help them this upcoming Rotary year. The first being with their Annual Estate Sale (See below for more information).
Membership will be a big focus for the district this year. If you are interested in learning how you can help, please attend the Priority #1 seminar this Saturday morning. It's free to all members!!! (See below for more information)
I'm very excited about the district's 2nd Annual Family Picnic coming up on August 27th. We have offered to help organize the event and I can't do it without your help. We will need help with set up, clean up, and running some fantastic games. Please see the article below for how you might be able to help us. Your time will be counted towards your 40 service hours for the year.
Lastly, our first official Quarterly meeting is coming up on August 10th. It's been since May that we have all been together and I'm excited to see everyone again. We have a lot of fun things planned for the night and our District Governor, Sandi Sava will be our special guest. Please RSVP (see link below) so we can make sure enough food is prepared for everyone.
I'm looking forward to a great Rotary year ahead!!!

We had a great showing of our Passport Rotarians who volunteered at the Rotary Club of Roseville’s very busy fireworks booth. A total of NINE of our members showed up to help Roseville have their most successful fireworks sales ever.
Roseville is very grateful to Mike Cooper, Audrey Lopez, Leigh-Ann Reinero, Mike Reinero, Carol Langley, Christie Harrison, Deb Milios and Diane Riehle who brought her husband Ray.
The fireworks sales last for a week and take an incredible amount of volunteer hours. Our Passport club members made a difference, and Roseville is very thankful for our assistance.
